Chapter Four: Rivalry. Feeling humilated by mathdino i vowed to destroy him. I seeked to better myself and grow stronger, Two months later at this point i met a player named HollyW00dUndead, who i still question what the fuck his/her/its gender is but anyways holly, now mikasa akerman thought it would be fun to team up with mathdino vs my friend EMP who i brought over from Conqueror with me. We got our asses kicked and since i couldnt beat mathdino i went on insulting him for wearing silly feadoras and being pretty geeky fellow. He trumped me though, knowing he is much better then me, I asked how the fuck do you know how many troops you need to get that man countries you only get like 30 troops as germany. He explained to me how ratios worked and this greatly improved my game. Me and EMP challenged Math and Holly to a 2v2 a few weeks later and we won! They blammed it on maths disconnection(was true) i did not care we fucking won. This was the start of me finally understanding the mechanics behind atwar.

Yeah this has been suggested countless times. It should be easy to implement and it's kinda necessary if you want to advance the duel system.

By an accident on the part of the mods, the old Ban The Person Above You got banned. Clearly this means we must begin banning again. If you don't know what we're doing, we're banning whoever posted above us for some reason. Don't quote people, and don't go way off topic please.

Eh, no need to change. Haven't really changed mine since a month after I joined. Although hdrakon's is pretty cool.

I'd actually flip all 3 upside down, but otherwise they look good.

I can't find that player unfortunately. If you find anyone else impersonating an admin or mod, report them please.

In game, ★ before their name means admin, ~ means mod.

And no, it's not technically cheating; allies can take each other's empty cities. It's bad sportsmanship though.

Moon rocks have excellent portal conductivity...

They did a while back, but unfortunately that left us with a position in which people could wall other capitals horizontally, so the units couldn't get out. It's fine as it is now.

Must've forgotten to comment here. On the 0 def and 0 attack suggestions, 0 of anything is actually not possible as things are now; everything below 1 defaults to 1 att/def.

Since that's not possible, I think TopHats's original suggestion would work best.

Having 9 different sections of forums really clutters the website, and destroys the whole point of watched topics, as they're inconveniently at the very bottom. I think the street team, admin, and international (and maybe scenario) forums should just be condensed into one forum, and the subsections be put into different subforums. Also, watched topics should notify you when there are new posts that you haven't checked, rather than having a whole new section.

Not a huge priority, just convenience. I believe this was suggested before after the merge, and the clutter has only gone up.

Was pinging stuff from my computer to test a website that was down, and I randomly decided to ping the website. The IP I got traced to basically the middle of nowhere in Germany, east of Cologne and north of Frankfurt.

So is this a German server, and if so, why there?

1. Nations must declare war on each other in caps in game chat with a reason, and must wait for the UN to accept or decline. The UN cannot decline certain reasons for war.
2. Neutral territory will be auctioned by the Swiss bank or UN will split it evenly between the nations of the region.
3. Oil fields are free game everywhere; however, if a nation takes another nation's oil field it's a legitimate reason of war.
4. Nations cannot enter another nation's airspace or land without permission. Trespassing is a legitimate reason for war.
5. Nations can support their allies by helping to defend land or by giving money, but they cannot help invade without UN permission.
6. The UN cannot cancel international wars. Example: If USA declares an approved war on Iran, and other nations back up their respective allies, the UN cannot decline these wars.
7. Threats are a legitimate reason for war.
8. The UN cannot take nuke silos unless the nation has been firing nukes without authorisation.
9. The International community can veto UN declarations or declare a UN rogue with 3/4 majority, rounded down.
10. UN can't stop World War III :-)

Fixed the rules because they're kinda hard to read. Also moved them around, as the rules on accepting/declining wars take precedence over rules about legit reasons for war.

Also, I highly suggest adding something about declaring a nation rogue.

Borders could use some touching up but otherwise looks pretty good. Also, lol at the global ads in the second screenie.

Definitely need this. Question: What's 'Replace' mean? As in, reduce cash and put in units?

Interesting way to word the suggestion, but good idea. Giving extra information about other people's cities is unnecessary. Support.

The game mechanics when it comes to attacking walls seems to be that attacking it moves both units to the mean of their positions and then doing a typical battle. Redesigning this would require complete redesign of how walls work, and some way to keep both units in their original positions while still participating in the battle. Support, but I don't think it'd be feasible.

Obv Srbijan is obvious.

The point is that you can use pretty much anything except air units.
