yes, but what exactly should I do in it?

just tell me to go to IE, does not help me much.

I tried several things without success.

Agree with Taz. Not too helpful Sol. I opened another thread earlier as well with no answers. Tried two separate computers with chrome, firefox, and IE. Nothing works to get in the game. So vague and somewhat smug answers don't help. Some here say use Firefox, others say use IE. What happens when neither work on any computer. Obviously there is an issue not related to us.

thank you for your answer, I see that I'm not the only one, so it's not my computer.
because like you I tried with other browser, without success.
it will be a lost part, but in abandonment sadly, it is not very serious.
