1 - can you move cities to a different territory? Say I am combining 50 US states into 10 regions, currently I have to remake all the cities and delete the old ones. Can you somehow 'adopt' or export them to another territory, set the owner territory for the city, etc?

2 - Is there any way to set special abilities that rare items or generals have? ie, it would be really nice to give aircraft carriers and boomer subs the minus cost to units in stack ability, to promote actually loading planes into carriers and missiles into boomers, bombs onto bombers, etc.

3 - if not, is there any way to give a unit the same powers that the currently rare units of admiral, field officer, air marshall have?

4 - how the heck do you assign a completely separate territory as part of a mother territory? Example - I am combining (in the US) the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. How do I get the Alaska territory to change colors when the capital of those 4 states (seattle, in Washington) is taken?

5 - Is there an exact breakdown of attack/defense/critical/health anywhere? I have to start balancing all my units soon vs what I want them to be able to strong/weak at.

6 - How do I assign an income bonus if a region (multiple territories) is completely taken over?

7 - How do you designate what is land and what is passable by ships? Is any non-territory area passable by ships?

Thanks in advance =)

For 1, 2, 3, all answers are no. Unfortunately.

4) Use the grey mouse (2nd from top) to select the region then assign it to whichever country you want, or make it a new country.

5) There may or may not be, search the forums. Be warned that most of it is speculation, though.

6) Whole country bonus is based off of the total income of the cities. So a richer country will have a better bonus.

7) Non-territory is counted as "Ocean." To make non-territory not passable by ships, make it a no-go area.
