Making SP.

I thought ranking up hard, but the medal system prior to the official release balanced it.

Now, all gold medals are worth 2.5k (instead of a mix of 5k and 10k) and the nearly unobtainable crimsons are only worth 5.

Just putting it out there.

I propose max rank be 20, then after you reach 20 you can start again but the rank symbol looks special or something, Idk

Then you must be doing something wrong. I can easily earn 1000 to 2000 sp in a 2 hours game.

lemme guess, you are the one that enters USA alone, conquers both North and south America ad then allies with the Eurasian player that ha killed 100 different enemies and ends the game.

right?

i start in asia, kill a few guys, get bored and ally with the guys who got europe and america.

Interesting strategy.

That's the problem of being admin. You will never make a decision without pissing someone.

But I don't think it will be a big problem in the near future, since new players keep arriving everyday, and beta testers will be just a small group inside the big community.

That would've caused some riots.

Even if you got all the medals there currently are, it would be equivalent, SP-wise, to gathering all the medals from the Beta medal system. The only difference would be that you'd need to occupy 6 or more times the amount of cities now, as you'd have needed to two months ago, due to the nearly unobtainable crimsons.

I don't see why the medal system had to be changed, to be honest.

If you mean less SP gains - we felt they were too high. SP should come mainly from games - getting some bonus from medals is nice, but it probably should not equal the amount of SP you earn in 20 games.

Also, we have plans to create a lot of new medals - that should balance out the lesser SP gains.

Yay! More medals(maybe my idea about a general killing medal will finally come to fruition)!

Cause so many cilvilian deaths (pop casualty)
remove x amount of income from can't (pop/income casualty)
kill x number of generals
kill x number of air units with anti aircraft
kill x number of units with rare units
spend x number of weeks in game
win x number of battles in defence/attack

They should change the medal system, the easiest way to get SP was through medals, and now they are nearly uneffective.

I'm actually finding SP easier to get ahold of. It's a steady climb but still OK. I just don't know how to spend it and end up piling it up.

U should lower amounts of SP given by medals then u can get medals infinate times
