Question about No-go's

So I am making a no-go sort of mountain area, the problem I am having is that if you have enough range you can simply walk through the smaller no go areas.

You can't stop in them but can go through them, how to prevent this?

You can by not making it a no-go area instead make a sea zone in it place. Just make your country then draw the area you want to be see in your country. Select the whole thing copy and paste, then u get a country with a hole in it.

Then Air units can pass over it without any problem and even stop in it...

Make a no-go area in the hole then
