Upload the new pic and just wait some hours. It takes some time after the upload process until it updates your pic

Just change the language after you have uploaded your picture or clear cache and it will update instantly.

Today I opened my profile again, and my new picture wasn't uploaded yet. I used your advice and it worked immediately. Thanks!
