Locking threads

Two questions:

Why are threads being locked here? Under what circumstance does a mod have the right to lock a thread in the off topic forum?

Sometimes I want to add my two cents...

I'm not a moderator, but a thread that breaks forum rules may be grounds for locking. Such as topics specifically created for flaming and trolling. If I made a thread about selling drugs in off-topic it would more than likely be locked or deleted.

I guess sometimes mods get a little tingly feeling inside and get very butthurt so they release anger by punishing others for example locking forums

Sometimes I don't understand why some threads are locked.

Of course it's perfectly fine to lock a thread when flame wars are going on.. just sometimes I feel it's abused here in the off topic forums.

He's banned from forums.

As clovis said, the threads locked here are from General Discussion.


If threads made here are locked and do not fall under the "lacks common sense" criteria, then that mod was drunk.

if he was banned for expressing his opinions in off topic like he used to do , then im going to loose faith in mods...

I always supported unleashed posts, same as i supported tik toks even though i disagreed with them, because i am pro free-speech.

But the truth with Unleashed is that he was banned not because of his opinions, but because he started spamming like hell. He could easily merge his posts into 2 or 3 good threads, but instead he spreaded them into 10 threads/ day and consisted mostly of one-liners and memes instead of well constructed, backed up argument presentations. He lost his touch in the end

But pavle is here to take his place as shown by his recent actions
