Are these specs worth the money?

Please tell. I saw an offer which seems juicy for me.
It costs 1.300.000 Guaranies (inflation much :p) which is around 310$

It has no GPU but I found another offers for them.
Electric stuff and PCs are really expensive in Paraguay compared to rich countries, so yeah, I think this is pretty nice.

It is good but maybe a little expensive you must ask them what games it can play or will it work but if you have money sure why not take it.

I do know it will work with games lol I just wanna know if there is anything wrong with it.

Seems like a good deal to me. But the GPU is mostly the most expensive part in your computer; so you still need to buy that.

No idea, that's what the seller posted. Anyway, I only see 1 processor and motherboard.
Btw I heard having multiple cores is not a good idea, most applications/games use 1 or 2. That's why i5/i7 are superior.
