Fix this please?

Zone came online from a long time inactive, and he told me one of the reasons he quit playing was because of his account being bugged or something. He can speak on any chat he wants but it doesn't come through to other people, only chats that do are clanchat and private chat.

This has to be fixed because zone might not be the only person who has this person, and ofcourse if there are people who have this who get ignored day in day out they will be bored and quit playing the game, like zone did. This is bad for AW economy and bad for the community.

We have simple screenshots of the problem and Zone would like to get it fixed and I think the people who love Zone do too .

If not possible for the admins to fix this, perhaps a new account and transfering his data's could be done, because Zone paid for this game to have his premium and then end up like this is not good business though.

Not a bug.
you have your game set to another idiom that isnt english, thats why your name is underlined. at the end of the chat little box there should be a "speak on english" checkmark or something that will make your username not underlined and return everything to normal.

This isn't an issue. Zone is just in another language lobby. Notice the underline on his name.

Assuming Zone is french, then he should have selected theses two so he can see and speak in english lobby.

you do realise mecoy is in a coalition called Noobs' . you cant insult him that way.
