Way to auto-recruit all units in country in CURRENT turn ?

Is there a way to recruit all units from a country in one or few clicks? There is auto-production option, but it starts from the next turn.

There is if it's the same unit. Select the country and choose the unit... all cities will show the icon for that unit.
Then go to the 'auto production' tab and execute the production. All units will now be recruited.

If you want different units, you have to go city by city, so it's more mouse clicks.
