[OPEN] approving translations

Expected behavior
Example:
When I mark a pending translation or any as correct (green checkmark), I expect to take effect and the term should no longer be under pending.

Actual behavior
When I mark a pending translation or any as correct (green checkmark), I expect to take effect but the term just stays under pending even after recompiling.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Note: those steps require you to be a translation mod for that language
1. Choose any language under https://atwar-game.com/locale/
2. select a pending term and approve it with the green checkmark
3. now refresh or even recompile and the term will still be under pending

Browser: Firefox
Browser version: 104.0.2 (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10
