Game would be better off if they sold it to a company willing to put the effort into the game. AtWar already has a strong player base foundation. Ivan has already said that Amok doesn't have any interest in finishing the map editor coding. Doesn't make sense to me why Ivan and Amok would just sit around and let this game slowly die off. I guess the small revenue stream that they receive is enough to keep them satisfied.

But what if they sell it to a company that i'll make this a pay-to-win whoring game? It's still a risk

Furthermore, on that game, if there were server problems the team apologised to you and you would receive a small gift as compensation. This game needs active involement, not only because we love it, but because it also has an attractive potential for development and continuous improvement.
