WF a late joiner?

Is it still frowned upon to WF a late joiner? Say you're Turkey in an EU game and late joiner comes in as Cyprus. Or you're England and you had tanks about to hit spain and someone late joined it. Shouldn't that be fair game to WF? It's not round 1.

NO WF.NEVER.I never wf even if its a late joiner.i just kill him to show him im better.If i fight all other players too i dont give attention to them just to kill rhe late joiner.
