Mutual ignorelist

In many websites the ignore list works in two ways, and only the one who initially added the other to ignore list can quit him from there. We need this here, it's annoying that other players can still see your chat comments or threads and participate there.

So if A adds B to ignorelist, then make it so B also adds A to ignore list.
