How did I lose premium?

Yes we have already established this in the general discussion forum. It is the same way with EVERYONE no need to make a federal case of it. As far as I know everyone still has everything, just it doesn't show.

Ivan himself has responded, and he's working it out right now. Happened yesterday and happened this morning too.
