No ability to attack in first turn in casual games

Cause u can on some maps destroy other player country b4 he joins, and thts ruining casual games

under those circumstances, it doesn't work...

If I realize my attack and you join after that, then my attack would still go and you would still lose the capital, as far as I am aware.

Yeah if someone joins after you and you already submitted your attacks, they will loose whatever city you attacked and won.
