+1 SP Signature is too big for some forums

Hey guys.
I am trying to advertise the game among WoT Players (because there are so many....), by putting the Signature under my posts on their forums.
The problem is that atWar signature is too big for WoT Forums and I am getting the following msg:
"This image is larger than the maximum allowed dimensions of 468 x 100".
If I am not mistaken the atWar signature is about 400X120 so the problem is those extra 20 pixels in height.
Does anyone know if it can be fixed and work properly, because the potential of that ad is pretty big.

You can use one of the on-demand image resizing services, e.g. http://images.weserv.nl/

That makes the image blurry. I am not sure either if the views for +1 SP are counted correctly while it is proxied.

I'm sure that when using paid CDN, one can disable caching at the server side.
