Switching with spectators

So if someone in a scenario does bad or needs to go insted of ruining a game it will be better if the person switches with the spectator.

Bold & beneficial initiative

A great idea tbh, definitely have support. Instead of a country just automatically losing in a team game, replacements should be allowed
