Just want to let it clear that I didn't tried to escape from the punishment. I can see how elo gambles affects the competitions now (I admit that,before , I didn't cared enough since I though that the medals were a joke). I believe that you shouldn't be punished for unwritten rules, as it's rather the rules's fault for adopting that format and not being complete enough. Either way:

But, if mods will "suddenly" start to implement this rule, then why starting now? What happened with the cases that were done in the past? I believe Soldier shouldn't be the only one punished. There are many others players who had done this before (me include). We should be punished too.

lol do you want to be punished? soldier didnt report you over a year ago when you apparently were farming. Him and el are only complaining now a year after the fact so they can whine about how biased the mods were towards them when they fully deserved what they got. I don't see the point so long after. It is not like you reoffended.

Once my lightshot is working again ill post the discussion on el's punishment since he was so convinced there was personal bias on my part involved and he is innocent.(fun fact i wasnt even a mod at the time of this punishment.)

you know el and unknown gamer didn't gamble elo they played all games but suddenly in the following days unknown gamer published his hacking guide, he just wanted to fuck up atwar, and you removed his elo for the same reason you removed mine which is obviously false and biased.

and all this thing started by your words *elo farming still continues becuz nobody got punished after soldier and el* and we don't see them get punished nowadays (i am not talking about past elo farmers such as innate but the current ones) that's what makes us think that it was personal agenda.

Nice lie that is why they restored my duel list etc right,, ow you forgot that was couse a lot of the mods didnt agree and somone (prob you) made amok or ivan do it withoud consults, GG lao.

The only conclusion we can draw from all this is that el was farming elo and didnt give a shit or he was incredibly naive, to the point where you would have to question if there is a brain inside his head at all. We know hes no idiot so it is obvious what happened. He deserved his punishment and you both should stop lying before you make yourselves look worse. Also note how there is not a laochra post in sight, why?

naive ? oh you think ppl actually think when dueling whether is your opponent serious or not ? or is player thinking to win only and seeking new ways for that. i knew the talk would come to this topic again so few months ago i made little test, i played many duels like 40 and let my opponents to win all of them each one thought they deserved that win, but than i played some of them and won instantly and they thought i was lucky *tb-ing* they didn't even notice i wasn't tb-ing them previous games so yes ppl are naive . you are free to ban me for giving out elo/making test because i was aware of that. but el is innocent becaue he wasn't aware like the ppl weren't in these pics, know that or else half of aw is guilty for being *naive*

el dueled ug 40 times, the most duels you have vs a player is 6 against prom. And your elo distribution didnt affect the rankings in any significant way. So if prom is naive el must be an extreme case. Jeez ask him if he wants to buy some magic beans, i'm selling.

If you looked at the screenshots you would have realised that i wasnt made a mod until 3 weeks after the whole situation with you and el. So i had nothing to do with your punishment. I guess meester columna pulse acqui desu meester ivan all hate on poor old el. Even his friend and clanmate cthulhu agreed it was shady. Who do you trolls think you're kidding.

I've opened a thread few weeks ago about Innate's and Dragon's ELO legitimately, since they achieved ELO peaks in the atWar hall of fame based on gambles (Draconi have #7 highest recorded peak at the moment, Innate one(if added) would'be just below bluecher's). Although it was just meant for the atWar hall of fame, Ivan moved the thread some weeks ago to mod forum, so I guess that something bigger than disqualifying their records is going to happen.

My concern is that just 2 days after Ivan moved the thread I had a fight with Dragon about it. He rejected to duel me because "I made a whole thread against him". He showed me SS of his case in my thread, and also said that he wouldn't be harmed because the mods agreed to not punish the old gambles incidents.

I don't know how he got that screenshot, or if what he say is true (mods won't punish him). I don't even know what is his source. My though atm are that he knows hdrakon's exploit to access to mod forums or got the screenshot while the thread was in the supporters forums from someone there. I once though about the SM monopoly thing and even messaged one of them, but apart of having no base I doubt that Innate have any link with them.

Most likely he lied, but I don't know.

Anyway, mods will have to respond when the season ends (May 31) so we can see what to do with Matthew and Flamma. When that happens I'll try to ask to see what will be done with Innate/Dragon peaks.

I remember the duels vs unkown gamer and thinking it was weird at the time, I even asked El what was going on, he was just a bit naive. He didnt "farm" the guy on purpose, this is the same guy that gor to r13 in several hours via a hack. El was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, meanwhile Soldier was punished for gambling with clovis and clovis wasnt punished.... no logic

I would be quite drastic actually, remove the ability to duel (ıe both creatıng and joınıng duels) untıl rank5

I would as well (or alternatively) remove the abiliy to 1) make duels in begınner room 2) put rank lımıt to duels (if low rank want to duel he can select disable upgrades)

Topkek Of course it was all a mod conspiracy, the whole staff had personal issues with you two players, that makes just perfect sense. Amazing how even years later people won't just admit they fucked up and accept their punishments. At least Clovis admits he was wrong.

What mistake? So Clovis didn't get punished. It's not the duty of the mods to catch every offender of every rule, nor is it possible. This is the same shit people cry when they abuse and get muted. "But what about him!"
