Attacking with infantry/militia?

Hey, I'm obviously a new player and I've really only played my friends up until recently, and I've noted that some players attack with infantry and/or militia flown in by air transport. How good is this strategy? How is it best countered? When is the best time to use this strategy?

That could be pretty much most of the strategies because of the players you play,but according to the players you play I will take the risk and say that they were using Perfect Defense.

What is Perfect Defense?

Perfect defense is explained by its name,it is a defensive strategy where your stronger unit to attack and defend is the infantry.If you play with starting cash at 50.000 then feel free to use air transports and tank(not to many though) to gain speed and some better rolls in battles.

Militia is your second best defensive unit and in low cash games like 3.000 or 5.000 feel free to use them to attack and defend too.

There are aome upgrades that make this strategy much easier and better,like luckier infantry(Luckier Main Ground Defense),Affordable infantry(Affordable Main Ground Defense) and more but they do need a lot of strategy points.(sp)

Infantry more cost efficient than tanks, which is why perfect defense is so popular. Strong defense and cheap compared to tanks, you can get two infantry for almost the price of one tank, but also get extra hp that the two infantry get over the one tank. Also, tanks can be counter attacked very easily while infantry (especially Perfect defense infantry) have very good defense. Hope I helped.
