SERVER DROPS!

These were planned server restarts, nothing to do with problems with the servers. The restarts are sometimes necessary to update the server to the latest version and to apply the latest patches / updates.

The occasional server drop is expected for updates.....but to have them constantly is the problem. That isn't updating....that is server problems. If the company AtWar uses can't fix the problem, you threaten them with finding another server company that can. Free enterprise is great for the consumer because then you get your way or pay someone else.

Most of us, especially those that paid for a lifetime subscription, are getting very tired of the server problems that have been happening in the last few weeks. Please fix them....buy new servers if you need to do so. HTML was supposed to fix this problem, but it is happening now more than it did with Silverlight. Don't ask us what prizes we want. We could care less about coffee cups and t-shirts. What we want is an uninterrupted game on a server that works!

Like chess once said, you payed for premium features, if you have any problems with that then you can make a public thread such as this,you didnt pay for game maintenance nor the servers.

Some people need to understand this really

It is annoying that they keep labeling server issues as "maintenance".. for every planned server drop theres atleast 3 unplanned: no warning, down for sometimes hours at a time. It ruins the game experience and they cant expect the game to "grow" if that keeps happening.. People are pissed off and going about it the wrong way, sure, but this game has problems that will prevent more people paying for those premium features.

Server disconnections really turn me off from this game, I want to play a world where I dont disconnect and lose 3 minutes of progress on my turn.

How come in any other online game they talk only about "planned weekly maintenance" while in atwar there are downtimes every day? Do you have so many patches to apply yet no one notice any change or fix (where is the log of what was changed for each downtime??)
Sorry to say but generally speaking most players dont really believe those explanations. Be honnest or be transparent, either way we as users have absolutely every right to complain about being dced from an online game several times a day,EVERY day...
