adapt to old school ? but times change and i am adapted to nowadays strats

I'm not talking only about specific setting, i said that moments ago ...i'm talking about RA in global. Otherwise we could provide an argument that RA isn't too powerful because its kinda hard to play in 3k africa.

And mate... nothing is a problem to counter.

anyways RA didn't really need the extra -10 for it to be "playable" though I can see why everyone likes it. It seems like the only nerf we could agree on would be -1 defense to tanks.

656 is not almost... to be 1000 upkeep its additional 86 militias which is half the stack you produced ...4 units even more then the half of your stack.
