When my subscribtion finish , do the medals and the stratigy go ??

medals stay, but strategies are locked again, you will also lose your general and if you are leader you won't be able to edit the clan page when your subscription ends

Leaders and officers don't lose their ability to kick, invite players and start clan wars after their subscription ends

Ahh, but they can't do extra cities any more so starting is kinda pointless.

If i remember it right, i think you can't start cw if you are not premium player no matter you are officer or leader. It might be because clan war is 2 team game or something, not sure.

Hmm, yes but no big point if you can make cw but cannot set extra cities..

Well cw already needs an officer or leader from each cln to start it, you can still join to start one you will just need the other cln to host it
