VoC (Voice of Community) is survey which is made every 6 months. In that survey community picks their TOP players / moderators / tournaments and etc. Awards (or non awards) are still not decided, but we will do it soon in conversation with mods and see what is best deal about that. Voice of Community is implemented by support of majority and its main point is motivating players. Also, it got some latent points like giving moderators view on what community thinks and helping in another events like PoTS or PoTY which are official surveys for TOP AW players of the season or of the year. Thanks to all who contributed by voting and completing survey for the 1st Voc 2015.

I have to mention this because I feel there will be alot spitting on me in comments.
I swear didnt adjust anything, I counted votes correct and there was incredibly close race between me and clovis1122. I would say it was a dead race.
Also, if someone is really that petty, I will give him my Username and Password of SurveyMonkey account (even community thoughs are predicted to stay anonime)
