Yes it's a rewall. Just because the old wall wasnt closed or the new wall isnt closed doesnt mean it isnt a rewall.

If you remove any wall and place any new wall in it's location, that's rewalling. This is 100% a rewall

Rewalling is when you remove a cap wall and make a new cap wall in its place. For it to be rewalling, the cap wall has to be fully walled the turn before and the fully walled in the turn after. I understand that there's a lot of controversy surrounding the definition of a rewall, because a lot of players don't agree on ONE definition. However, this is just the definition that I agree with because it's the one that I find the most fair.

I know you're slightly stupid so let me explain this slowly.

Rewalling is purposefully MOVING your walling units and then putting a new wall up. When you move your walling unit, the enemy unit sent to wf can completely miss the attack order because the wall units escaped the tb. When you put up a new wall, you are abusing the fact that the wf unit did not attack.

Abusing this and remaining walled the next turn is rewalling, end of discussion.

Now lets talk about the cases you pulled out of thin air.

Case 1). If your cap is wfed then there's no walling. Moving those wfed units DOESNT matter because they ARENT PART OF A WALL. Rewalling is when you MOVE a wall and put a new wall up in it's location.

Case 2). First of all, this is the dumbest argument I've seen this week. So let me explain why
1. If your unit gets in the way of transport (like in greece), you can move the wall unit, move your transport through, THEN CANCEL THE MOVE ORDER AND PUT THE WALL BACK. This is very easy for players who dont play like they have parkinsons disease.
2. We're gonna take the greece example again. Ok cool you move the wall, but that isn't a problem. BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T ADD A NEW WALL, YOU ONLY MOVED THE OLD WALL.

Rewalling is when YOU MOVED THE WALL + Add the new wall to abuse the fact that you can avoid the turnblock of the wfing unit to remain walled for another turn.
If you think this sort of crap is okay, then you better be prepared for some bullshit when I duel you.

I said what i said for a reason.. he was doing this dirty moves so many times against so many players and he denied + accused pro players with things like >> ''random noobs that dont know what a rewall is.'', those noobs are the same ones who teached him and gave him a hand to become a competitive player, and now unfortunately he dont show a minimum respect..
