Premium Packs

I remember that in the past I could buy certain packs of the premium, and didn't have to buy the whole subscription.
Is it still possible?

Was it removed because it didn't provide enough revenue, as people could buy just what they only needed, not the whole package?

If I remember correctly it was part of a very long promotion period. The period ended and so the packs were removed.

I was lucky then
