RESOLVED: Country info popup bug

If you click a country of which you own the capital, but not all the other cities, there is no info popup but the map begins to go along with your mousemovement and the cursor disappears. you can only solve this by right clicking and leftclicking water or a country that you fully own. occured in several games now, always the same circumstances.
