New Rule:
Sea walls with Land Units are forbidden, since they can't be broken without air units, which aren't avaiable aside from ravens and rare units.

if this is directed at me, the one outside casterly rock was unintentional and the rest can be broken since they all have at least 1 unit on land.

Also where do you stand on rewalling? I havent done it and I dont appreciate others doing it, but if others are allowed to i might aswell....

I don't really care about rewalling, since it can be prevented by just simply putting an unit next to the wall, however if people want it to be forbidden, then I will add a prohibition to the rules.

I'd prefer no rewalling, but probs best to go by consensus.
