Or certian nations have nuclear weapons but balanced
example: usa can have many small weapons and north korea can have 2 bigger weapons

You can find missles as rare units in game. they are not powerful at all, but i hope they quench your thirst for the obliteration of the world we know.

i'm sorry but anything more powerful would be game breaking
