You should just attack the mid point of the wall units in this case (picture 1), the unit next to your unit. This will cause the unit to move and unability to wall next turn.:)

Also, was that irony, related to Cluj? I live in cluj and I am curious if you also live here, visited the city or you are plain ironic because it's a small, insignifiant city in at-war.
