Low ranks in scenarios!

So alot of people complaint about lowranks in scenarios that they were not worth playing it etc. Just like the other thread had discussed.
One of the main reasons that came up was, that the lower ranks always left the game and that is why they were kicked or could not play ''higher rank'' countries.

Well today there was a rank 4 shouting in roomchat that he wanted to play ww1 but that the ''high ranks'' didn't let him play because he is a low rank. I felt sorry for the poor rank 4 so I decided to pr him and ask him what scenario he wanted what settings he wanted etc. I made the game for him with his settings, I made a game with 2-10 rank limit so every low rank could play a ''high rank country'' and play whatever they want to. Surprisingly some people in roomchat started to complain about why there was a ww1 made for lower ranks and that it ruins the other games etc. etc.

To my surprise the game hasn't failed like alot of people expected it to. Here is an SS of turn 6 while all the players still in the game.


The rank 6 russia even got complimented by a rank 9 for ''stronk russia''

Edited: While the ''high'' ranks have their 4th remake which doesn't include really '''low'' ranks .


So my point of this thread is, give the lower ranks a chance to play whatever they want to, if you feel like they are fucking it up and you know it better, then pr them and tell them what you would do in this situation.. the more they play it the more they will improve.

So my message to everybody is, stop rankism and accept the lower ranks as a part of AW.

People usually kick lower ranks in big countries because they'll usually face a more experienced, high-ranked player. It wouldn't be fair for lets say entente in ww1 to have a r4 as russia vs a r8+ prussia who has played the game more and understands it. Every game has a system like this for a reason, in games like CSGO, LoL, Dota and other games there is a matchmaking system where players of the same rank get matched up with other people of their rank and around that. It applies to here too. I still face rankism for being r7 (despite playing longer than most higher ranks lol) but its something we all have to face at one point.

This happends with higher ranks too, you cant blame lower ranks for it.

This is just an SS made on something that happends maybe once in a while... atleast with good maps.
Saying lowranks cant end maps because theyh are ''noob'' is bullshit, since the reason most of them give up is because of them being intimidated (idk why) by high ranks.
Maybe not insulting them and calling them noobs would perhaps let them stay longer in a game they are enjoying.

I mean it is funny you guys prefer higherranks above lowerranks, when most of those higherranks don't even know how to play with the standard units, its just crazy.

Easy to say because you never played scenarios and you havent played atwar since years. Easy to be low rank protector when you are a spectator but try wasting countless of hours and hours from your life, because you let low ranks join and they destroyed the game by being too weak and/or not knowing what to do.
