Casual CW for smaller clans

Just created a newer clan and would like to setup some balanced clan war matches. PM for set up. Prefer casual play but quick can be set up depending on times.

We probably can't match your ranks but would be willing to play CW with upgrades disabled to make it balanced. Casual is fine.
