Heavy Artillery

Is it just me, or are they WAAAAAYYYYY OP'd? ex/ I was playing a game where i had austria and hungary and my opponent had serbia and Romania. I would've won just by unit swarm, but then he found 6 heavy artillery and attacked my cap, which had like 10 infantry and a general that boosted them a lot, and I lost all my units and the game while he only lost 2 of his artillery.

another example: Starting from portugal, I usually take france turn ~4 with about 8 marines. I'm usually left with like 2 marines after the fact. If I find heavy artillery in spain, I can usually take france turn ~6 with about 2 other cities and one artillery casualty.

Proposed solutions:
1. Lower the amount of these things found at once. Currently, I'm finding these things in stacks of 6, which can take A LOT of stuff before dying out.
2. Lower atk/def. currently stats are 16/8. I suggest lowering them to about 10/5.
3. Lower HP/def. This way they can be killed slightly easier.

That's the main reason I always set rare units to none in the games I create.

Lowering the amount seems fine to me, but maybe another solution would be disableing specific rare units on games.

I always set rare units to none as well, I hate people being saved due to them and I can sacrifice my possible salvation too for it.

I know they're slow, but how do you like it when they reach your cap in 2 turns more and simply overrun it?

I know they're slow, but how do you like it when they reach your cap in 2 turns more and simply overrun it?

Then I take my cap back, easy as cake man.

Except for you don't... you should know about this auron! 10 tanks with GC can't even take out 5 of these things! trust me, I've tried.
