Best of 1000 Challenge

I Invite Black swans to "Best of 1000" duels challenge on 3k EU.
the loser has to change name to "<winner>'s slave" for a year.

neither of users can play any other individual games until the 1000 games are finished ( only playing team games will be allowed to play).

shouldn't it be best of 1001? can't do best of an even number
