Rank Progress Bar

I thought mousing over the green bar gave your SP and the SP for next rank.

Is mine broken? Or am i wrong?

Hm whats this phenomenon called when everyone remembers something that isnt there

It used to have a pop up with your SP and SP needed to next rank when you moused over.
