Chat bug (Flood Control Poblem)

For some reason the system tells me "Please wait a bit before posting another message (flood control)" even though me last chat post was 20 minutes ago. I also keep seeing the message I posted 20 minutes ago in the chat log when I refresh the page. Even when I clear silverlight too.
