Whole country bonus info.

When you click a country, the whole country bonus isn't displayed anymore.

Also, with my normal PD Germany expansion I get 1900 total income on next turn. I used to get around 1500. Is it a bug?.

EDIT: Yeah I get 102% instantly income when I take a cap.

Really? I think that the old income version was so much better and balanced.
