Starting from this season Coalitions will be ranked by Elo rating, currently used in duels. There will be an overall Elo and seasonal Elo, which will be reset to 1000 in the beginning of every season. Seasonal Elo will be introduced for duels as well, with top 3 players receiving special trophies.

Overall Elo has been calculated for all Coalitions from the beginning, based on their CW games. It has now replaced competence, which has been removed.

One thing though thats straight up bothering me, is that theres no incentive to play low elo clans. It will hurt if you lose. Clans will no longer seek to match ranks only pit their best against each other or not play at all. Pitting your low ranks against a lesser clan will be high risk if you seek to win.

Mk just took 2 losses to cosa nostra who now are ranked as the 2nd best clan of all time. Perhaps capping the amount of elo that can be won or lost would help solve this.

no. im talking about the clanwar system not duels. and i was referring to a max won/lost elo per game not overall.

Cosa Nostra was already 2nd/3rd all time when the new ELO system was implemented. I don't see the problem that you are talking about. Am I missing something?

Cosa Nostra was already 2nd/3rd all time when the new ELO system was implemented. I don't see the problem that you are talking about. Am I missing something?


bleh guess im just being idealistic, whatever the case this cw system is definitely better than the last. Lets see how it goes and if itll need tweaking with time.

in regards the duel ranking on the homepage, could you somehow make it pop a bit more? Currently at a glance it is beside the sp and looks like tabs to check the seasonal sp gain by players.
